Have you every noticed that everything that is aligned with our soul just seems to flow?

I believe that pain is inevitable in life, it's part of our growth as humans, but suffering is not.
We all have soul contracts that we are here to fulfil, and a really great indication of how aligned we are to achieving them is how much pain we are experiencing in our life at any given moment. Lots of pain = we steered off course a little bit, and that's ok because we are so awesome that we actually came into this life without a "guidebook" for what these soul contracts are, because we knew we would figure it out - we are bad ass like that.
Knowing this, we can choose to face what is causing our pain and assess, in our own authentic way, how to move forward or we can stay stuck in suffering. The suffering we experience is in direct proportion to how much we try and hold onto the past, a past that has happened and that we are no longer meant to be living. Acceptance of what is, while moving forward towards creating the life I want to create, has truly limited the suffering I now endure.
To test if you are living the past, describe yourself. Are you describing achievements that happened 10 years ago or are you describing WHO you are today? We are not our achievements, or our jobs, or our family status... and the list goes on. We are WHO we choose to show up and be each and every single day.
"Face forward, Sweetie, so that you can actually move there" - Tanya Unveiled
Are you stuck in the past and chronically complaining about the present? ie focusing on the person who cheated on you and left you to raise the kids, and give up the job that you really wanted? Or are you focusing on all of the truly amazing qualities that you have that actually make the people's lives around you better because you are in it?
Our past forms part of our story, but it is not the chapter we are reading right now. There is no need to go back and re-read that chapter, it has set the scene for you to flourish now by facing that pain and growing from it, allowing you to step in and be the hero of your story now. There is nothing to go back and "fix" - other than to assess what caused you your pain and to ensure that you have grown enough in how you needed to, so that it doesn't stop you from moving forward now or in the future.
"Lay new tracks, face the direction you want to face and move forward... let it be easy" - Tanya Unveiled
It doesn't have to be a drama, or an all encompassing emotional struggle. Let go. Release. Most importantly, you don't have to sing it from the roof tops or put it on social media but at least intend to shine and truly kick ass in this lifetime.
We all need that sparkle that only you can bring to the world.
From my heart to yours.
